You will typically need to participate in an eligibility assessment (depending on the type of benefits being requested) so we may learn more about your needs, potential services, and help develop a plan of care.

Your initial benefit eligibility is determined and will be communicated to you by Genworth. If approved*, your claim will remain in this phase until payable under your policy terms.

Your claim is now being reviewed, managed, and invoices for covered services evaluated for reimbursement.

Your claim is now being managed by the Ongoing Eligibility Servicing Team and all approved invoices are being paid in the order of which they are received.

Claim closure takes place when you no longer require services, have exhausted your benefits, or are no longer eligible.
