They will also be assessing your living environment and support system.

What to expect from the Care Coordinator?

They provide Genworth with initial and ongoing eligibility certification decision.
If your claim is approved (learn more on Initial Eligibility), they will also develop a Plan of Care, which includes recommended services and equipment needs based on the assessment. They can also provide a list of local care providers in your area, upon request.

What to expect from us?

• Information on your ability to participate in activities of daily living such as dressing, eating, personal hygiene, etc., and instrumental activities like meal prep, cleaning, and finances.
